We accept new vendors from February-September!

 

All vendors, returning and new, must complete the annual application process for each year. This application opens in February and closes in September each year and if accepted, you will be added to our vendor list and eligible to sign up for booth space. Vendors must meet our standards and agree to and have a clear understanding of the Rules and Regulations.

 

Step 1: Submit your application

Step 2: Wait for approval from the coordinator (up to 5 business days)

Step 3: Watch your email and our socials for 2025 Season Interest Form (Expected to start March 2025)

Step 4: Wait for approval from the coordinator (up to 3 weeks)

  • Submitting the Interest Form is NOT a guarantee of space. Booths and dates are not guaranteed until payment is received.

  • The coordinator needs this processing time to ensure there is a diversity in types of vendors and goods each Saturday.

Application Process
Complete and submit the online application form to be considered as a vendor at OCC Craft Fair. Wait for your approval and watch your email and our socials for the upcoming season sign ups.

 

Deadline
Applications are open from February-September. If we are sold out, applicants can opt into our waitlist for any last minute openings.

By submitting this application the crafter hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Old Colorado History Society (OCCHS) from any damage to undersigned property or any personal injury which he/she or helpers may sustain or cause to the public while participating in Art and Craft sales on site.
