Promotion
- Marketing efforts include advertisements on the Old Colorado City website, The OCC History Museum Website, Instagram and Facebook. A banner is permanently fixed to the side of the History Museum. Signs are placed at strategic locations around the museum during the events
Assistance
- An attempt will be made to provide volunteers to help with loading and unloading, however there is no guarantee. Neither OCCCF nor the volunteers will be held responsible for damaged items. We recommend you bring friends or family to load in/out and for breaks.
- No dollies/carts will be available to help you with load-in/out, please bring your own dollies, carts, etc. to help you bring your supplies in and out of the building.
Security
- We do not have a roaming security guard. We rely on each other to make sure everyone is ok. OOCF shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Taxes
- All vendors must have a Sales Taxes License number. To apply for sales tax license click here.
- All vendors are responsible to remit tax payment to the State of Colorado AND to the City of Colorado Springs
- Current tax rate is 8.2%
The combined amount is 8.20%, broken out as follows:

Cancellations
- Due to the fact that the weather in Colorado changes so quickly, the decision and announcement to cancel an event is made as soon as possible before the event is scheduled to begin. If OCCCF cancels due to severe weather, we will make every attempt to contact you and will refund all booth fees.
- If the exhibitor cancels because of severe weather or any other reason, absolutely no refunds are given.
- If you are aware that you are going to miss a Saturday you are scheduled for, please try to contact Nicole @ 7202088826 or Andrea @ 3138086550
- We are always typically sold out for the season and have a long waitlist so we would appreciate 48 hour notice, but we understand things pop up at the last minute.
Etiquette
- We are thrilled to have each of you back and delighted to be welcoming our new Vendors!
- Let us all appreciate each other’s talent and hard work and be courteous and kind to one another on these Saturdays.
- If anyone has any concerns or comments, or questions throughout the season, please direct those to Andrea or Nicole we will take care of anything going on.
- Some guidelines to adhere by:

â–ª All concerns go to Nicole or Andrea, not to any other OCCHS Volunteers—
â–ª You will receive 1 verbal warning if problems arise, 1 written warning if problems continue and thereafter you will be asked to vacate your space with no refund.

Bathrooms
- You are each welcome to utilize our restrooms in the History Center.
- To make things simple for those of you on Pikes Peak Ave. (North Side of Building). The door on that side of the building will be unlocked as early as possible. For those of you on the patio, the patio door to the kitchen will be open. For those of you on the South side of the building the front door will be open.
- They will be open by 7:00am.
Kitchen Usage
- We have a refrigerator/freezer, and microwave that everyone is welcome to use.
- Coffee and water will also be available. If you use the end of a pot please brew a new pot.
